수열의 극한 단원에서 나타나는 오류와 오개념에 대한 연구

극한은 무한 개념을 포함하고 있다. 그런데 학생들이 무한 개념을 받아들이기 쉽지 않아 교사들은 극한을 지도하는데 있어 어려움을 겪는다. 많은 학생들은 극한에 대한 정의를 이해하지 못한 채 문제를 해결하기를 시도하고 그 과정에서 어려움을 느낀다.

본 연구는 현재 고등학교 학생들이 극한 단원에 대한 오개념과 문제해결과정에서 발생하는 오류를 알아보기 위해 일산 소재의 고등학교 2학년 학생들을 대상으로 설문조사를 실시하였다. 그리고 이를 바탕으로 오개념에 대한 원인과 오류를 분석하고 극한 단원의 교수학습방법에 대한 개선하고자 한다.; A Study of errors and misconceptions appearing in the section of limits.

The limit of sequence provides a rigorous definition of the idea of a sequence converging towards a point. Here infinity is used to define a limit. However, most of high school students have difficulty in studying the notion of infinity and they tried to solve problems without understanding the concept of limits of sequence. The purpose of this study is to investigate misconception about limits and to analyse errors in processes of solving problems. To do this , the survey of 2nd grade high school students in Ilsan was done. Based on this survey, we would like to suggest a teaching guidance for improving their understanding of the concept of limits.
