Abstract
There is no doubt that 21 century is the era of "Environmental globalization" that environmental problems and challenges gradually become global issues. In this aspect, global effort to promote sustainable environmental conservation has been effectively initiated over all industries. but the most significant step toward environmental conservation approach is preventing global warming, associated with “United Nations Convention on Climate Change”. Advanced high-effective technologies, operating techniques have been introduced, along with various forms of strategies, as part of reduction of energy consumption, which is also indeed for companies to achieve in line with cost reduction activities linked to its competitiveness. As such, the energy saving factor should be considered as part of the design process for the building from the outset by the means of ‘Optimization’. This can afford the opportunity of avoiding unnecessary cost caused by the replacement and investment to embed the energy saving function into the building with uncertainties.
