주한미군공사 수행을 위한 FED(Far East District) 프로세스 분석에 관한 연구 -주택건설을 중심으로-

Abstract

There are too many FED projects these days. As FED projects becomes larger and more complex, much information is going into each part and phase. Specifically, USFK`s construction projects have been managed by FED(Far East District). Recently, however, the large US private construction companies substitute the role previously taken by FED. But there is little construction managers to implement FED project in Korea. Thus this study analyzes FED projects practices with focus on the construction management actors in order to suggest guideline. This study suggests FED construction process(Bid, Contract, Construction, As-Built Phase) modeling by analyzing existing FED project process using a IDEF0 methodology.
