IT융합서비스 및 활용기술의 기술속성에 관한 연구

Abstract

IT 융합산업은 높은 부가가치 창출이 기대되나 IT 융합서비스는 아직 도입기로써 과거에는 시도하지 않은 개발 방법론과 미래적 정보기술을 활용해야 하므로 서비스 도입과 기술 개발 시 개발성공의 위험성이 존재한다. IT 융합서비스와 활용기술들이 각각 제시되고는 있으나 특정 서비스의 성공적인 구현을 위해서 어떤 기술이 필요한지 명확히 파악하는 것이 어려운 실정이다. 그리고 IT 융합서비스는 서비스의 구현단계 이전에 기술이 포함하고 있는 속성과 서비스가 요구하는 속성을 고려하여 적절한 기술과 서비스의 발전방향을 모색해야 하는 분야임에도 이에 대한 고려 없이 서비스의 공급자 입장에서 IT 융합 기술이나 서비스를 개발하려는 경향이 있다. 이러한 관점에서 본 연구는 IT 융합산업의 서비스와 서비스를 구현하기 위한 활용기술의 사례를 도출하고 이를 구분된 기술속성분류체계를 이용하여 설문조사를 실시하였다. 그리고 조사된 결과를 바탕으로 IT 융합서비스에 활용되는 기술들의 기술속성에 대한 수준과 특징을 알아보고 그들의 상관관계와 상보성을 분석하였다. IT 융합서비스 측면에서는 서비스가 요구하는 기술속성의 수준과 특징을 파악하고 그 상관관계를 분석하였고 서비스를 산업별로 분류하여 산업별로 기술속성의 수준과 활용되는 기술들의 상보성을 분석하였다. 마지막으로 IT 융합서비스와 활용기술에 대한 부합도를 분석하였다. 본 연구는 IT 융합서비스 구현을 위한 기술의 수준과 앞으로 기술들의 발전방향을 예측하였으며 IT융합서비스의 기술적 요구를 충족시킬 수 있는 기술들을 제시하였다. 그리고 최적의 IT 융합서비스와 이의 구현을 위해 활용되는 기술들의 관계를 설명하였다. 본 연구의 결과는 최적의 IT 융합서비스 도입과 운영을 위한 기술선택과 평가지표로 활용 될 것으로 기대되며 향후 IT 융합서비스와 활용기술을 사전에 인지하고 예측하여 투자 효율성을 극대화하거나 서비스 사업자들의 적극적인 서비스 집중화 및 기술 개발 유도를 위해 이용할 수 있을 것이다.; The IT convergence industry is expected to create some high added-value, yet the IT convergence service is still in its introductory stage, which requires the utilization of yet to be tried future technologies and development methodologies that have been never tried in the past; therefore, there is certain risk involved regarding the success of development during the introduction of service and the development of technology. Even though the IT convergence service and Application technologies are being suggested, it is still difficult to clearly determine what kind of technologies is needed for a successful realization of a certain service. Moreover, the IT convergence service is a field where it needs find the direction of developing adequate technologies and services, considering the characteristics of technologies and services required, before its realization. However, there is a tendency toward an attempt to develop technologies or services from the service providers' standpoint without such considerations.

From such perspective, this study found examples of the services in the IT convergence industries and the application technologies for the realization of those services; and conducted a research based on the examples, using the technical Characteristics classification; and based on the result, analyzed the standards and the peculiarity of technologies employed for the IT convergence service and the correlation and the complementarity between them; also identified the standards and the peculiarity of technologies required by the IT convergence services and analyzed the correlation between them; and analyzed the complementarity between the applied technologies and the standards of technical Characteristics per each industry, classifying the services by industry; and finally analyzed the compatibility between the IT convergence services and the applied technologies.

This study made an estimation regarding the standard of technologies for the realization of the IT convergence service and the direction of the future technologies' development and presented some of technologies which could suffice the technical requirements of the IT convergence service. In addition, it described the relation between the optimal IT convergence service and the technologies employed its realization.

The conclusion of this study is expected to be utilized for selecting technologies for the introduction and the operation of the optimal IT convergence service and as a benchmark as well. It could also be employed in order to maximize the efficiency of investment through an early recognition or a forecast of the IT convergence service and the application technologies in the future, or to promote a more active service intensification or technology development.
