Abstract
In order to utilize visible light in photocatalytic reactions, nitrogen atoms were doped in photocatalytic TiO2 powders using an organic compound such as guanidine hydrochloride and guanidine carbonate. The visible light induced photo absorption effect of the as-prepared 2M Gua-HCl condition sample was much higher than other conditions. Optimum sintering condition of TiO2(anatase) target for PLA in liquid was obtained at 800 ℃ (rising ration was 5 ℃ /min) for 20h.. A Nd:YAG nanosecond laser (30 Hz, 355 nm) was used for PLA process in liquid. To obtain TiO2-xNx nanocolloids(40-60nm) with anatase and rutile phase mixed, the target was irradiated at 48 mJ/cm2 for 2hr in ethanol (20ml). Well dispersed TiO2-xNx@PPy core/shell nanoparticles, oxidized by laser irradiation process, were simply obtained.
