- Abstract
- In this study, we collected the processed food being marketed in the country and the processed food being imported, and investigated whether any coloring agent is used and what type of coloring agent is used on the basis of food label, and analyzed the percentage of coloring by the food type and the frequency of use by the coloring kind. In addition, we compared coloring agents used in domestic processed food and imported processed food to examine whether there is any difference. This is to provide necessary information to children and consumers consuming a lot of food with coloring agents in it and be helpful for them to choose safe food.
