Abstract
본 연구는 정부투자기관 사서들의 직무만족 향상에 관한 연구로 정부투자기관 사서들의 직무만족도 조사를 통해 사서의 직무환경에 대한 개선방안을 모색하여 업무 효율성을 향상시킬 수 있는 방안을 제시하는데 그 목적이 있다. 설문은 정부투자기관의 공사 및 공단의 40개 기관의 사서들을 대상으로 36명으로부터 회신을 받았으며 직무만족 영향요인을 업무자체, 보수, 승진, 감독스타일, 작업집단, 작업환경, 복리후생, 기타의 8가지 범주로 나누어 실시하였다. 분석결과는 다음과 같다. 정부투자기관 사서들은 업무자체, 복리후생에 대해서는 대체적으로 높은 만족도를 보였으며 보수, 승진과 관련해서는 만족도가 매우 낮은 것으로 나타났다. 감독스타일에서는 상사의 사서업무에 대한 이해도에서 만족도가 낮게 나타났으며, 작업집단에서는 동료간의 상호업무협력 및 조직의 행사참여도는 높은 만족도를 사서직에 대한 동료들의 인식 및 소속팀에 대해서는 불만족의 비율이 높았다. 작업환경에 대해서는 근무환경에 대한 만족도는 높았으나, 교육의 기회에 대해선 불만족의 결과가 높았다. 분석한 내용을 토대로 직무만족도 향상을 위한 방안을 제언하면 다음과 같다. 첫째, 정부투자기관 도서실은 사서 2인 이상의 근무환경을 정책적으로 지원해야 한다. 둘째, 정부투자기관은 비정규직 사서의 정규직화를 위해서 정규직 사서의 채용을 의무화하는 등의 제도적인 장치를 마련하여 고용안정을 통한 업무 효율화를 도모하여야 한다. 셋째, 정부투자기관은 도서실 책임자를 전문가로 임명함으로써 사서의 업무능률을 향상하도록 한다. 넷째, 정부투자기관은 직무의 수행능력과 성과로 보수 등을 결정하는 공무원 인사제도인 직위분류제를 도입해야 한다. 다섯째, 정부투자기관 사서는 직무교육뿐만 아니라 외부의 연수 및 교육기회를 최대한 활용하여 사서로서의 전문성을 확보해야 한다. 여섯째, 정부투자기관 사서는 주기적인 이용자 교육 및 프로젝트 주제관련 문헌수집을 위한 참조서비스 등을 통하여 도서실 업무의 전문성을 인식시켜야 한다.|This thesis aims to propose how to increase work efficiency of librarian in government invested enterprises by groping the methods to improve the working environment on the basis of the survey on job satisfaction. The formulated questionaire which categorizes the influency factors of the job satisfaction into eight items: work itself, payroll, promotion, supervision, work group, work environment, welfare program, and all that stuff was distributed to the librarians of 40 government invested enterprises. 36 of them were answered and the results of the research are as follows. The work itself and welfare program showed a very high degree of job satisfaction as a whole but the paroll and the pomotion showed low. As for the work group, the mutual cooperation with colleages in work and the participation in events of the organization showed a high degree of job satisfaction but the lack of understanding for a librarian among the co-workers and affiliated team showed discontents. Also the little understanding for librarian work of seniors in supervision and the lack of the chance in the professional development as a training showed a low degree. Lastly the work environment showed a relatively high degree of job satisfaction. On the ground of analizing the results, the methods to improve the job satisfaction of librarian are as bellows. First, Government invested enterprise library needs to be supported by more than two librarians as a policy. Secondly, Government invested enterprise has to increase work effiency through the employment stability by prescribing institutional system like the adopting permanent librarian as a duty for the contingent librarian. Third, Government invested enterprise is recommended to increase the work effiency of the librarian by appointing professional to a library director. Fourth, Government invested enterprise must introduce the position classification system which determines the payroll on the basis of the performances and the products. Fifth, Government invested enterprise librarian must secure the professionalism by taking full advantage of the outside training program and the opportunity of education.
