Abstract
The mechanical property of the rubber is hyperelasticity. So the rubber is applying in the various field where the vibration load operates. But the mechanical property of the rubber changes because of temperature and the oxygen which are a environmental factor. When the rubber component production and using, certainly must consider the change of the mechanical property. The automotive radiator rubber mount is produced with the rubber is undergoing 50℃~70℃ temperature influences and it the temperature rise of the engine room is cause. Also rubber mount is receiving the vibration fatigue load and this is because of the fan rotates with 1000~2100RPM. In This research, after executing the aging test where the temperature and time are variable, analyzed a static property and an aging mechanism with tension test. And the dynamic property which is a change of resonance frequency and vibration fatigue life evaluated as a vibration test. The tensile strength and elongation decreased according to the aging temperature and time increase, the other side modulus increased. The 70℃ and 100℃ is crosslinking aging, 120℃ is chain scission aging. And the resonance frequency increased according to the aging temperature and time increase, and the vibration fatigue life decreased. The fatigue life prediction result which considers a vibration property compared with vibration fatigue test result. That result was same from within 15%.
