- 기업별교섭에서 산업별교섭으로 전환과정중에 있는 산업별교섭실태를 분석하고, 산업별노조의 대표격인 민주노총 금속노조와 사용자나 사용자 단체간 산업별교섭이 정착되지 못하는 문제점을 파악한 다음 법과 제도를 주관하는 정부, 교섭의 주체인 노동조합과 사용자(단체) 측면에서 산업별교섭을 안정화시키기 위한 개선방안은 어떤 것들이 있는지를 연구함.
