Abstract
정유회사 물류센터의 유류 출하 시스템에서는 정량 출하를 위해 출하 오차를 저감시키는 다양한 방법을 적용하고 있다. 시스템 내부적으로는 밸브 개폐 시기 자동 조절, 출하 유속 적용, 1단계 밸브의 개폐 비율, 검량을 통한 출하 Factor 조정 등이 있다. 그러나, 밸브 제어 값에 직접적인 영향을 미치는 최적화 조정에도 불구하고 만족스러운 정량 출하를 이루지 못하는 경우가 발생하게 된다. 이러한 자동 출하 시스템의 출하 상황에서 나타나는 부정적인 요소를 추출하고 각각의 요소들이 자동 출하에 미치는 영향을 분석하기 위해 물류센터의 출하 자료를 수집하여 시계열 분석 및 회귀분석을 시행하였다. 본 연구에서는 이를 바탕으로 정량 출하를 방해하는 요소에 의한 예측 오차량을 산출하고, 이를 지역 제어기의 특정 유창에 대한 보정 값으로 적용하여 출하 오차를 개선하는 효과가 있음을 확인하였다. |Oil loading system has various functions to reduce loading errors. A function of the system is a valve open-close timing automatic control, a application of loading flow velocity, a regulation of the first step valve open-close rate and a loading factor about checking loading data, etc. But in spite of an optimized regulation of various requisites influence valve control-values immediately, it is not wholly satisfactory. This study analyzed various requisites to exert an influence of automatic loading for extracting a negative requisite in loading situation automatic loading system. And in this study, a time-series analysis and regression analysis build on a generative data while it is loading oil loading system is loading leads that calculate the revision figure of a required quantity’s discouragements. The calculated revision figure is confirmed to effectively improve the negative requisites of a loading error in oil loading system for optimizing of loading with reducing of a variance error.; Oil loading system has various functions to reduce loading errors.
