미국, 영국, 한국의 BIM 지침 및 표준의 비교를 통한 중국 BIM 지침의 전략적 방향에 관한 연구

Abstract

Building Information Modeling (BIM) is an expansive knowledge domain within the Architecture, Engineering, Construction and Operations (AECO) industry. With the development of BIM, the guidelines have also been developed and researched by relevant organizations and companies. This paper focuses on the development direction around BIM guidelines in China. Through the previous research in BIM, this paper establishes a comparison framework and put forwards some questions on BIM guidelines as criterion. Based on these questions, guidelines from various countries are compared and analyzed, after all it summaries the advantage of these guidelines. The final objective of this paper is to suggest strategic directions for developing BIM guidelines through the above analysis.
