Abstract
직장에서의 응급처치 교육은 자신의 안전 및 동료의 안전을 지킬 수 있는 중요한 산업안전 교육이다. 이러한 중요한 산업안전 교육 후 산업현장에서 위급한 부상자 발생 시 실질적으로 적용할 수 있는 학습자들의 실행의 자신감과 만족도에 영향을 미치는 인지학습 효율성에 대한 올바른 평가가 필요하다. 선행연구에서 평가에 대한 설문지는 만족도만을 주로 사용하거나, 학업성취도에 대해서는 사전지식, 동기, 몰입 등을 사용하였다. 하지만, 응급처치 교육에 있어서 학습자의 경험에 의한 지식도 학업성취도에 영향을 미치는 변인으로 함께 고려되어야 한다고 판단하였고, 또한 교육 평가에서 인간공학적 교육환경을 포함 한 종합적인 평가가 필요하다고 판단하였다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 설문지 내용을 8개 카테고리(category)로 분류하고, 분류된 카테고리(category)별로 설문 항목을 나열하여 응급처치법 교육에 대한 종합적인 인지학습 효율성 평가를 시도하였다. 본 연구의 연구대상은 98명의 일반 직장인으로 하였다. 연구 결과, 본 연구에서 추가한 학습변인인 경험은 학습동기에 긍정적인 영향을 미치고 있음을 확인할 수 있었다. 그러나 사전지식과 경험이 학습결과 및 실행의 자신감과 만족도에 영향을 미치지 않는 것으로 나타났다. 물리적 환경이 인지학습 만족도에 긍정적인 영향을 미쳤고, 이에 따라 시각정보를 전달하는 매체와 장비가 인지학습 효율성을 극대화 시킬 수 있을 것이라 예상된다. 또한, 사고사례 소개, 질의응답, 실습학습은 학습결과 및 실행의 자신감과 만족도에 긍정적인 영향을 미치고 있어 학습활동과 연관된 실습이 보다 강조되어야 하는 것으로 나타났다. 이를 위하여 충분한 실습시간의 배정과 실습장비에 대한 고려가 지속적으로 이루어져야 할 것이다. | Emergency training at workplace is an important industrial education to protect workers' and colleague’s lives from emergency situation. For this reason, it is essential to evaluate the efficiency of cognitive training process to be practically applied to the injured at workplace and affect the trainee's confidence to perform the treatment in real situation. The questionnaire, used in previous studies included mostly the level of satisfaction of trainees or prior knowledge, motive, and concentration effect on academic achievement. However, in this study, various factors such as the experience of trainee, user centeredness, ergonomic environment, cognitive learning efficiency, and subjective evaluation were considered. Therefore, this study categorized the contents of questionnaires into eight and tried to evaluate the efficiency of each category. Ninety-eight employees were participated as subjects. In results, It is confirmed that experience positively affect the trainee's motivation. However, it showed that the prior knowledge and experience did not affect the contentment and confidence. The physical environment positively affect the cognitive training. Therefore, it is expected that cognitive training efficiency can be maximized with equipment for visual aid. Moreover, it is likely to be shown that incident case introduction, question and answer and practical learning positively affect the training outcomes and satisfaction, thus practice concerning with training should be emphasized.
