Embedded Applications supporting communication processes in Organizations

Abstract

This research presents an introduction to the world of Embedded Systems, especially of Multiprocessor System-on-Chip (MPSoC), and the development of parallel programming applications for them. The research is in part technical due to the introduction to Embedded Systems but the original goal is to analyze the slow pace of development of parallel applications from a theoretical point of view. The analysis confronts two areas of research in the area of Information Technology. In one hand, It is introduced the area of research that analyzes the impact of Information Technologies in organizations. This trend of research is based in the theory of the Duality of Technology. On the other hand, this research introduces the development of technology based in the improvement of hardware components like MPSoCs.
