Abstract
오늘날 ERP를 도입한 기업들에서는 ERP 도입 후에 운영 및 유지보수의 중요성이 날로 커지고 있으며, ERP를 성공적으로 구축 이후에 기업이 취하는 활동전략에 따라 ERP의 도입성과가 달라지고 있는 현상이 발생하고 있다. 이에 본 연구는 ERP 도입 이후 운영단계에서 기업의 ERP 운영 방식 및 다양한 활동전략에 따라 기업의 운용성과가 어떻게 달라지는 지에 대해 실증적으로 파악하고자 한다. 본 연구에서는 ERP를 운영 중인 41개 업체를 ERP안정화, ERP고도화, ERP고도화 후 높은 경영성과를 보이는 업체의 3그룹으로 구분하고, 이들 그룹을 판별하는 결정요인을 밝혀내는 실증분석을 실시하였다. 결과에서 ERP 아웃소싱 컨설팅 이용정도는 ERP 안정화 단계에서 ERP 고도화 단계로 올라서기 위해서 뿐 아니라, ERP 고도화 단계에서 ERP 고도화의 높은 성과 단계로 올라서기 위해서도 중요한 요인임을 알 수 있다. 또한, 정보통합, 글로벌수준재무, ERP 성공여부, ERP 도입 후 환경변화, 의사결정정보제공, 그리고 ERP 전담조직 여부가 ERP 고도화에 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 또한 ERP 고도화 후 성과가 낮은 단계와 높은 성과를 나타내는 단계를 구분 짓는 변수로서는 ERP 아웃소싱 이용정도와 ERP 도입 후 환경변화, 매출액 등이 영향을 주는 것으로 나타났다. 이러한 결과는 ERP를 도입하여 운영하고 있는 기업들에게 ERP 운영성과를 향상시키기 위한 전략수립에 있어 중요한 시사점을 제공하고 있다.|Today, after the implementation of Enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems, Operations and Maintenance of ERP is becoming increasingly important, and the performance of ERP system is depending on strategies of activities that company adopt. For this reason, the research we’re attempting identifies the difference of Operational Performance based on those various strategies between companies’ activities empirically. Forty one companies are selected and divided into three groups of companies in this research, such as ‘ERP Stabilization’, ‘ERP Advancement’, and ‘Higher business performance after ERP Advancement’, and then conducted the empirical analysis to verify determinants that distinguishes those groups. The results suggested that ERP system management consulting is not an important factor for achieving the stage of ‘ERP Advancement’ from the ‘ERP Stabilization’ only, but jump up to the stage of ‘Higher level of Operational Performance after ERP Advancement’ also in phase. Other factors for influencing ‘ERP Advancement’ are integration of information, financial management in global level and any environmental changes after installation of ERP system, providing information to make precise decision and existence of organization for ERP system support. In addition, the variable degrees for distinguishing whether the performance is lower or higher in the ERP system from ‘ERP Advancement’ to ‘Higher level of operation performance after ERP Advancement’ are usage of ERP system management consulting, environmental changes after installation of ERP system and the sales showed.
