Abstract
본 연구를 통해서 소비자단체에서 여성자원봉사의 잠재적인 인력자원을 활용하는데 기초자료로 활용되기를 바라며, 소비자단체에서 여성자원봉사자들이 지속적인 자원봉사활동을 통해서 여성의 자기계발 및 사회참여 욕구를 충족할 수 있고, 지역사회 발전에도 기여할 수 있는 방안을 모색하는 다양한 후속연구의 필요성을 제고하는데 도움이 되었으면 한다.|This study had an intension of recognizing the influence that activity factors for women volunteer in consumer (satisfactions, interpersonal skills, recognize & compensation factors) affected to durability of volunteer (lasting will, volunteer work periods, volunteer work time in the monthly average), and then seeking the invigorating way for women volunteer. According to that, this research analysed materials about 148 people of women volunteer in consumer who are working in the seoul and the capital area to do a survey from April 15th till May 5th, 2012. To examine the activity factor for a volunteer and durable feature, it was done descriptive statistical analysis, and t-test & One-Way ANOVA was conducted to search volunteer activity factor of sociology of population and durable difference. Also, I have done a correlation analysis in order to check the correlation between volunteer activity factor and durability, and in addition, multiple regression analysis have been done to examine a hypothesis that the volunteer activity factor might affect to durability. The results of research is as follows. First, durability and volunteer activity factors like satisfaction, interpersonal skills, recognition, and compensation was represented significant a correlation. Second, the satisfactions and interpersonal skills of activity factors was great importance, and the lasting will for women volunteer in consumer was good mostly. In addition volunteer work periods was the highest for 5~10 years, the average was 6.9 years by survey respondents, 6~10 hours was the most on the volunteer work time in the monthly average, and that was appeared 17.89 hours. Third, the results that durable difference of sociology and population factor appeared that there was meaningful difference statistically such as last will, volunteer work periods, and work time in the monthly average about age. Furthermore, durable difference of income was shown that volunteer work time in the monthly average and last will had was statistically significant. Fourth, Analyzed activity factors decided the durability, satisfactions of that was the most influential to durability, and recognition exert influence into both volunteer work periods and volunteer work time in the monthly average. In conclusion, satisfactions and interpersonal skills affected last will, recognition and compensation did volunteer work periods, and recognition and interpersonal skills did volunteer work time in the monthly average. It arrived at a conclusion that all of activity factors was important to lasting volunteer work because it had a profound impact affected durability in order; satisfactions, interpersonal skills, recognition, compensation.
