Abstract
국문 요지 본 논문에서는 장갑 형태의 데이터 글러브 및 촉각전달을 위한 진동모터모듈의 개발에 목적이 있다. 데이터 글러브는 물건을 잡을 때 잡은 물체의 방향정보 및 물체의 쥐는 힘을 측정하기 위하여 개발되었으며, 측정된 정보들은 5 비트 정보로 단순화 되어 진동모터모듈의 촉각전달장치 구동명령으로 사용된다. 단순화 된 5비트 정보는 앞의 2비트는 물체를 쥐는 힘의 정보를 뒤의 3비트는 잡은 물체의 각도 정보를 나타낸다. 또한, 물체를 쥐는 힘을 총 4단계로 나타내었고, 각도의 표현은 8단계로 나타내었다. 촉각전달 장치를 사용하는 사용자의 적응 및 이해를 돕기 위해 물체를 쥐는 힘의 증가를 진동모터 개수의 증가로 표현하였고, 물체의 각도를 IMU 및 물체를 잡고 있는 손의 각도와 매칭시켜 직관적인 이해가 가능하도록 나타내었다. 우리는 촉각 전달 장치를 착용하고 GUI를 보면서 실제 진동패드의 출력과 GUI환경의 디스플레이를 비교해 볼 수 있다. |ABSTRACT Novel tactile transfer method using vibration motors Kang Hyung Gu Supervised by Prof. Youngjin Choi Dept. of Electronic System & Robot Engineering The Graduate School Hanyang University This paper proposed making a data glove and vibro-motor module for the passing touch. The data glove has developed for measuring the direction of the object and the gripping force, and the measuring information is simplified by the 5-bits data. Then, the transfer device is used command of vibro-motor module. The previous 2-bits of information are gripping force of the objects, and the behind the 3-bits is angle information of the direction object. Also, the grip force and angle presented total 4-steps and 8-steps, respectively. The transfer tactile device has increasing of the number of the vibro-motor by the gripping force. IMU(Inertial Measurement Unit) and the angle of the hand are matching in order to allow intuitive understanding. In addition, we have developed the monitoring system at using MFC.
