Abstract
최근 플랜트 산업은 건설, 토목, 기계 등 다양한 분야에서 전문가가 모여서 구현하는 복잡한 프로젝트의 성격으로 점차 전문화, 대형화 되어 가는 추세이다. 그러나 아직까지 플랜트 자재관리 시스템에서 전문가 시스템을 도입한 연구가 많지 않다. 그러므로 본 논문은 전문가 시스템을 활용한 플랜트 자재관리 시스템 개발을 목적으로 Item Category Group Setting, Auto Creation of Spec, Spec Item Define을 개발하였다. 그 결과, Material Spec 생성시 불일치 조합, 예외 사항들을 고려하여 설계 단계의 정확성 증대를 고려하였다. 비전문가의 Item Category에 대한 접근의 용이성을 증대하였다. 또한 설계 단계의 Material Code와 Material Spec의 Code 불일치 및 Error Check를 하였다. 이러한 개발에도 불구하고 본 연구의 개발은 전문가 시스템 도입을 MCMS(Material Code Management System)에 국한되어 적용하였기 때문에 구매조달 및 현장관리까지 전문가 시스템 도입하지 못한 한계점이 있다. 또한 모든 플랜트 자재에 관한 Knowledge-base에 대해 구축하지 못한 한계점이 있으며, 국제 표준 ISO15926을 고려하지 않은 채 설계된 한계점도 있다. 마지막으로 본 연구에서 앞서 구축한 결과와 본 연구의 단점을 개선한다면 향후 개발에서는 세밀한 플랜트 자재관리에 대한 전문가 시스템을 구축 할 수 있을 것이라 기대된다.|The recent plant industry gradually becomes professional and large based on its complex project characteristic where professionals of various areas such as construction, civil engineering, and machinery come together for materialization. However, there are not many studies on the introduction of expert system to plant material management system. Therefore, this paper developed Item Category Group Setting, Auto Creation of Spec, and Spec Item Definition with an aim to develop plant material management system using expert system. Based on the results, this paper promoted the further accuracy at the design stage by considering mismatch combination upon generation of material specifications as well as exceptions. This increased convenient access of lay people to item categories. Also, code mismatches and errors between material and material specification codes at the design stage were checked. Despite this progress, this study has limited the introduction of expert system to material code management system (MCMS) and there shall be a limit that expert system has not been applied to purchase, procurement, and site management. Also, this study did not establish knowledge bases for all plant materials and the design did not consider ISO15926.
