시공단계에서 관리 효율성 향상을 위한 모바일 어플리케이션 프로토타입 개발

Abstract

과거 건설현장에서는 보다 효율적인 현장관리를 위해 PMIS, Web Camera, RFID, GPS, PDA 등과 같은 다양한 디바이스와 소프트웨어를 활용해왔다. 하지만 대부분의 디바이스는 성능의 제약으로 인해 제한적인 시각정보 만을 제공함에 따라 관리의 효율성을 만족할 수준만큼 향상시켜주지는 못하였다. 뿐 만 아니라, PMIS의 경우에는 오히려 현장관리자의 업무를 가중시키는 결과를 불러왔다. 하지만 최근 모바일 디바이스(smart phone, tablet PC 등)의 발전과 이에 대응하는 소프트웨어의 발전은 다양한 변화를 가져오게 되었다. 게다가 정보통신 기술의 발달로 인해 많은 양의 정보를 단시간 내 송신할 수 있는 환경이 구축되었다. 이로 인해 모바일 디바이스 또는 어플리케이션의 활용은 사회/산업/기업으로 꾸준히 그 영역을 넓히고 있는 상황이다. 건설현장의 경우 비교적 젊은 세대를 중심으로 현장관리에 비공식적인 모바일 어플리케이션을 활용하여 업무를 효과적으로 처리하는 경우가 많은 실정이다. 특히 설계도서 등의 휴대를 통해 현장작업자들의 이해를 높이거나, 의사소통을 실시간으로 하는 것 등이 있다. 하지만 현장정보의 보안 문제나, 체계적인 관리가 어려움에 따라 현장관리자 개인이 운용할 수 있는 모바일 어플리케이션 개발이 필요한 상황이다. 이에 따라 본 연구는 시공단계에서 현장 실무자의 관리 효율성 향상을 위한 모바일 디바이스 기반 어플리케이션 프로토타입을 구현하는데 그 목적을 두었다. 연구의 진행순서는 관련 선행연구 고찰과 현장업무 프로세스 분석과 문제점 도출, 모바일 어플리케이션을 통한 현장관리 업무 프로세스 개선방안, 모방일 어플리케이션 프로토타입 개발 순이다. 본 연구 결과를 통해 시공현장의 관리 효율성 증대 뿐 만 아니라, 사업참여자 간의 의사소통 향상, 비공식 어플리케이션 활용 대체 등으로 인한 프로젝트 정보보안 향상, 현장관리자의 작업만족도 증대, 품질관리 및 실패비용 절감, 실시간 안전관리 등이 기대된다.|In the past, construction company utilized PMIS, web camera, RFID, GPS, PDA etc. for enhancing the management efficiency in construction phase. In the recent, advanced mobile device and mobile application has revolutionized the social/industrial/human network. Construction industy was no exception to this stream. In case of construction on-site, the younger manager utilize mobile devices(for example, mobile phone and tablet PC) to their works unofficially. they employ mobile devices for improving communication and on-site worker's understanding by using spatial SMS, video phone, saved construction documents. The Purpose of this study is to develop a mobile application proto-type for enhancing the management efficiency in construction phase. The procedure of this study is as follow; review of previous study; analysis on the work process in on-site manager; identification of problems of work process; deduction of improvement plan of work process; development of mobile application proto-type.
