- 본 연구는 중국 지방공무원의 직무만족도를 제고하기 위한 직무만족도의 요인들이 무엇인지 규명하고, 직무만족도 결정에 어떠한 영향을 미치는지를 실증적 방법으로 검증해 보고자 하였다. 측정도구는 종속변수를 직무만족도로 구성하였고, 독립변수는 직무내용 요인, 사회적 인정감 요인, 발전가능성 요인, 고용의 안정성 요인, 일의 자율성 요인으로 구성하였다.
