노년층 대상 ICT융합 유형과 ICT 기여 가치 추정 - 탐색적 연구

Abstract

최근 인구의 노령화는 최근 사회적 경제적으로 매우 중요한 이슈 중에 하나이다. 우리나라는 2017년 고령화 사회에서 고령사회로 접어들게 된다. 이에 따라 발생하는 노년의 문제와 Needs가 다양하게 발생하고 있으며, 향후 5년 뒤 우리나라는 베이비부머 세대들의 노년층 진입으로 더욱 더 빠른 속도로 고령친화산업의 규모도 빠르게 성장할 것으로 예상된다. 이미 우리나라보다 먼저 고령화가 시작된 유럽과 일본 등 선진국에서는 노년층의 문제 해결과 Needs 충족을 위한 다양한 방안들이 마련되고 있다. 이를 위해 ICT기술을 응용한 산업을 육성하고 범국가적 프로젝트를 시행하고 있다. 그러나 우리나라는 노년층을 대상으로 한 실버 ICT산업의 비즈니스 사례는 매우 제한적으로 남아있다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 실버 세대를 대상으로 ICT 융합 응용 애플리케이션을 탐색하고 실버산업 경제의 활성화에 이들 융합 애플리케이션의 잠정적 기여 가치를 추정하였다. 이와 같은 목적을 위하여, 본 연구에서는 첫 번째로 복지 후생 관점에서 노년층의 니즈를 도출하였다. 두 번째로는 이러한 노년층 니즈를 충족하는 관점에서 ICT융합 애플리케이션의 유형을 ICT기여 요인을 바탕으로 탐색하여 제시하였다. 마지막으로, 도출된 노년층 대상 ICT융합 유형 별로 관련 ICT 투입요소와 실버산업 연계 관계를 산업연관분석 프레임웍을 바탕으로 분석하여, 실버 ICT융합 모델이 실버산업에 기여 할 수 있는 잠정적 가치를 계량적으로 제시하였다. 본 연구의 공헌은 노년층 니즈와 ICT 제공가치를 결합한 실버 ICT융합 응용의 유형화를 제시하고, 이를 바탕으로 ICT기술의 실버산업 잠정적 기여 가치를 계량화한 데 있다.| In this paper, The phenomenon of increasing aging population is one of the crucial social and economic issues in these day. Indeed, from welfare perspective, government policies and regulations are developed to support better life of the old people. Also, on the other hand, the industrial applications and academic research has been conducted for silver market innovation, product design and marketing for commercial purpose. In this research, we investigate ICT convergent applications targeted for silver generation and their latent value for invigorating silver economy. In order to do this, drawn from the social welfare literature, we first organize distinctive needs for silver generations. Then, typical typology of ICT convergent applications are explored, in the sense of fulfilling those needs, through contributional value of information and communication technologies. Finally, on the basis of industry input-output tables, quantitative assessment of potential values of ICT convergent applications for silver market are discussed.
