- Abstract
- 본 논문은 10MHz 신호대역폭과 340MHz 의 샘플링 주파수동작을 하는 고속 고해상도 델타-시그마 모듈레이터 설계에 관한 내용을 다뤘다. 고속 동작을 위한 구조적인 변경을 시도했고 고해상도를 위한 DWA(Dynamic weighted average) 구조를 채택하였다. 입력주파수 1.796875MHz에서 SNR 73dB의 결과을 얻었다.
