Abstract
최근 각 가정 및 각 기업에서 수요되는 전력의 사용이 많아짐에 따라 전력 부족 현상이 나타나고 있다. 한 예로 2011년 블랙아웃의 발생으로 각 기업 및 가정과 그 외에 전기를 사용하는 시설물들이 일시적인 정전현상으로 많은 피해를 입었다. 이러한 문제를 해결하기 위한 방안으로 각 기업에서 높은 에너지효율등급을 갖는 전기기기들을 사용하여 에너지 사용량을 줄이는 방법에 대한 논의가 있었다. 그 중 도시 철도 역사의 경우, 환기분야에서 사용되는 팬 부하는 에너지 소비량이 도시철도역사에서 사용되는 전체 전체소비량의 약 40%를 차지할 정도로 비중이 높다. 이에 에너지를 절약하기 위한 방안이 연구되고 있다. 이에 본 논문에서는 도시철도역사에서 에너지를 절감시키기 위한 두 가지 방안을 제시한다. 첫째로, 효율적인 운행시스템을 도입하여 에너지 사용량을 줄인다. 기존에사용되고 있는 운행방식은 ON/OFF제어방식으로 정격속도에서 운전하여 에너지 사용량이 많았다. 이에 전동기를 가변운전을 통해 필요한 속도로 팬을 구동하여 에너지 사용량을 줄이는 방안이다. 둘째로, 블로워에 사용되는 전동기 자체의 효율을 높여 에너지 사용량을 줄이는 방안이다. 하지만 기존에 사용되는 전동기는 유도전동기로 이미 그 개발단계가 한계에 도달했기 때문에 유도전동기로 교체 하는데 어려움이 있다. 반면 동기 릴럭턴스 전동기는 유도전동기와 같이 영구자석을 사용하지 않아 가격이 저렴하고, 전 운전영역에서 효율이 높아 가변운전시스템을 도입할 경우의 팬 부하에서 적합한 전동기라고 할 수 있다. 이에 본 논문은 위에서 위에 언급된 두 가지의 방안을 고려하여 전반적인 시스템분석 및 동기 릴럭턴스 전동기의 설계기법에 대해 다루었다. 또한, 장기적인 관점에서 기존 유도전동기와 제안된 동기 릴럭턴스 전동기를 사용할 경우, 전기요금과 제작비용적인 측면을 비교함으로써 본 논문의 타당성을 검증한다.|In recent years, electric power shortage has been caused by the increasing use of electric power demanded by each household and each company. For example, the occurrence of blackout in 2011 caused damage to each company, home, and other facilities that used electricity, due to temporary blackouts. In order to solve these problems, there have been discussions on how to reduce energy consumption by using electric appliances with high energy efficiency rating in each company. In the case of urban railroad station building, the fan load used in the ventilation field is so high that the energy consumption accounts for about 40% of the total consumption amount used in the urban railroad station building. Therefore, a plan for saving energy is being studied. In this paper, two methods to save energy in urban railway station building are proposed. First, reduce energy use by introducing an efficient operating system. The conventional operating way is the ON / OFF control method, and the energy consumption is high by operating at the rated speed. This is a way to reduce the energy consumption by driving the fan at the required speed through variable operation of the motor. Second, it is a method to reduce the energy consumption by increasing the efficiency of the motor used in the blower. However, as the existing motor is an induction motor whose development stage has already reached its limit, it is difficult to replace the old model with the induction motor. On the other hand, synchronous reluctance motors has affordable price because it doesn’t use permanent magnets like induction motors and has high efficiency in entire operation region, so it can be said that the motor is suitable for the fan load if the variable operation system is introduced. Hence, this paper deals with the design of the overall system analysis and synchronous reluctance motor considering the above two approaches. From the long-term perspective, the validity of this paper is verified by comparing the cost of electricity and manufacturing costs when using the conventional induction motor and the proposed synchronous reluctance motor.; In recent years, electric power shortage has been caused by the increasing use of electric power demanded by each household and each company.
