dc.description.abstractTwo new species of the genus Proceroecia Kock, 1992 were collected from the south coast of Korea in April and September, 2018. Both species were identified by the means of morphological analysis using light microscopes and SEM photographs. These species are morphologically similar to Proceroecia microprocera (Angel, 1971). Mitochondrial cytochrome oxidase c subunit 1 (mtCOI) sequences of the species were also obtained to complement morphology. The present study increases the number of congeners to three species in Korean waters.-
