R and AR are being actively utilized as interest in visualization systems in the construction sector is growing. The roles of VR and AR in Chinese architecture vary widely. Information collected by drones is utilized in BIM design and is provided as a visualization system (VR, AR). The Yangpu River project will seek to use existing facilities in urban planning to regenerate new cities, and also create a complex cultural space to build bridges and create smart cities. This paper analyzes the examples of BIM and visualization system applied in the early stages of the Yangfu River project, and studies the present BIM situation and technical level of China.en_US
