대학생의 진로장벽인식이 진로준비행동에 미치는 영향: 긍정심리자본의 매개효과

Abstract

본 연구에서는 대학생의 진로준비행동에 영향을 미치는 변인들을 확인하여 합리적인 진로탐색 및 결정을 도울 수 있는 진로상담 및 진로프로그램 개발의 기초를 마련하는데 그 목적이 있다. 연구목적에 따라 진로준비행동과 관련될 수 있는 변인들 중 진로장벽인식과 긍정심리자본을 분석하였다. 이를 위해 서울, 경기권 4년제 대학생 약 400명을 대상으로 설문조사를 실시하였다. 연구결과는 첫째, 긍정심리자본에 영향을 미치는 진로장벽인식의 영향에 대한 결과는 진로장벽인식이 높을수록 긍정심리자본이 낮아지는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 진로준비행동에 대한 진로장벽인식의 영향력을 살펴본 결과, 진로장벽인식이 높아짐에 따라 진로준비행동은 낮아지는 것을 관찰하였다. 셋째, 진로준비행동에 대한 긍정심리자본의 영향력을 살펴본 결과, 긍정심리자본이 강할수록 진로준비행동이 높아졌다. 넷째, 진로장벽인식과 긍정심리자본, 진로준비행동 사이의 관계성의 경우, 긍정심리자본은 진로장벽인식과 진로준비행동 관계에서 완전 매개효과가 성립하는 것으로 나타났다. 따라서 진로장벽을 높게 지각할지라도 긍정심리자본이 높으면 진로준비행동 수준이 높게 나타난다는 것을 확인하였다.The purpose of study was to investigate the factors affecting college students’career preparation behavior. For this purpose two variables were selected(career barriers-independent varivale, positive psychological capital- mediating variable). The results obtained from this study are as follows. First, according to the analysis of the effect of perceived career barriers on the positive psychological capital, the perceived career barriers of college students has a direct effect on positive psychological capital. This means that the higher the perceived career barriers, the lower the positive psychological capital. Second, perceived career barriers has a negative effect on career preparation behavior. This means that the higher the perceived career barriers, the lower the career preparation behavior. Third, positive psychological capital has positive effect on career preparation behavior. This means that the higher the positive psychological capital, the higher the career preparation behavior. Fourth, the study demonstrated the mediating relationship of positive psychological capital on relations between career barriers and career preparation behavior.
