In this paper, we propose a design procedure and methods for designing the post-assembly magnetization system of a three-phase line start permanent-magnet motor (LSPM). According to the design procedure and the design methods, the post-assembly magnetization system is designed and manufactured. From the experimental results, we verify that the permanent magnet of LSPM is successfully magnetized.en_US
