공동주택의 에너지효율등급 평가기법 개발 및 등급 설정에 관한 연구

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to establish standard of the energy efficiency rating of apartment houses. Energy efficiency rating program is to save energy by enabling the occupants to identify the high efficiency energy saving houses easily and encouraging the manufacturers to construct it. For the high precision and simple calculation, the 2-zone assessment model and the variable base degree day method is introduced as an algorithm. The heating loads and energy requirements using the internet based energy assessment program are similar with those of the DOE-2.1E detailed program and actual energy consumptions Therefore, the internet based energy assessment program of the energy efficiency rating of apartment house can be applied as a program for the estimation of the annual energy requirements and for evaluation of energy savings of apartment houses.
