- 본 연구는 인구 감소로 인한 청소년 수련관의 유휴 공간 발생과 초 고령화 사회로의 진입으로 인한 노인시설 수요대비 공급 부족현상에 대한 문제점을 제기하고자 하며, 두 시설의 복합화 계획을 진행하고자 한다. 이질감 있는 두 시설간의 결합을 공용공간을 통해 모든 연령층이 함께 어울릴 수 있도록 하여 해결방안을 제시하고자 한다.
