Abstract
This paper presents an elastic pendulum dynamic vibration absorber (EPDVA) that attenuates structure vibration the multiple natural frequencies and wide range at an ultra-low frequency. Ultra-low frequency is a frequency range of 0 ~ 10Hz in seismology. The structural vibration suppression can be achieved because the EPDVA has two degrees of freedoms and can be changed the natural frequency of the EPDVA pendulum part.
