Critical management is necessary to carry out an initial synchronization plan
satisfactorily. But various uncertainities in the supply chain are obstacles
to successful progress of a synchronization plan. Generally these uncertainties
are realized as a delay in manufacturing or tranportation. But the ratio of amount
of a delay to an initial synchronization plan is decreasing as time goes on. Thus,
supply chain synchronization plan can be build by integrating of neural network
theory which has excellent ability to forecast data with the trend with the HSSCGA2
algorithm to find a good solution. Two methods to treat this problem were suggested,
and NNGA2 method integrated with the Holt`s method showed good performance.
