dc.description.abstract | This paper presents micro specimen aligning system and micro tensile test system for a reliability evaluation and measurement of mechanical property of materials. As micro tensile testing specimen is getting smaller, large bending variation and error to the undesirable direction are caused by a very small misalignment. This misalignment problem directly affects the reliability of micro mechanical property data.
