dc.description.abstract최근 지자체 및 한국농어촌공사가 관할하는 저수지의 붕괴가 빈번하게 발생하고 있다. 최근의 사례로, 축조된 지 70년 이상의 노후된 농업용 저수지인 경북 영천시 소재의 괴연저수지가 2014년 08월 21일 9시경 집중호우로 인하여 여수로를 중심으로 붕괴되었다. 본 연구에서는 괴연저수지의 붕괴상황을 DAMBRK 모형을 통하여 재현하였다. 그리고 DAMBRK 모형에서 분석된 댐붕괴 유출량으로 침수범람도를 작성하였다. 괴연저수지 붕괴 당시 무인항공기로 촬영한 침수사진과 비교하여 연저수지의 붕괴 지속기간과 붕괴유출량을 추정하였다. 본 연구 결과는 괴연저수지와 같이 저수지 붕괴가 발생할 경우, 하류 지역에 대한 침수피해 예측에 활용할 수 있을 것으로 기대된다. Several reservoirs that were managed by local governments and the Korea Rural Community Corporation have recently collapsed. One of them is the Goeyeon reservoir in Yeongcheon-si, Gyeongsangbuk-do that collapsed mainly around the spillway due to heavy rain at 9 O’clock, on 21 August 2014. The Goeyeon reservoir was an aging agricultural reservoir over 70 years since it was built. In this study, the collapse situation of the reservoir was reproduced through the DAMBRK model. Flood inundation maps were reconstructed for the breach outflow of the dam analyzed by the DAMBRK model. We estimated the breach duration and outflow of the reservoir as compared with the inundation image taken by the Unmanned Aerial Vehicle (UAV) at the time when the Goeyeon reservoir collapsed. The results of this study are expected to be useful for predicting damage in the downstream inundation area when a reservoir collapses.en_US
