dc.description.abstractThis paper proposes a novel vehicle black-box information centralized management algorithm for diversification of emergency measure and accident investigation. Currently, almost all of vehicle black boxes are independently recording driving information in SD memory card. These independent recording systems have some problems. The independent single black-box has narrow viewing angles and the driving data can not be recorded to SD memory card. The errors may be caused by an impact of car accident and a writing lifetime of SD memory card. These problems, however, make it difficult to investigate car accident accurately. To overcome this shortfall, we propose the centralized management of black-box Information using IoT. The user can receive the investigation report if detected through mobile phone App. The experimental study results indicate that the new black box overcome the disadvantages of the current black boxes and may be more useful for accident investigation.en_US
