dc.description.abstractHybrid-type transparent conductive electrode (TCE) with a configuration of AZO/Cu-mesh has been fabricated and characterized. The AZO thin film has been coated on the Cu-meshes via sputtering. The AZO film is used for preventing the oxidation of Cu meshes and hence improving the stability. For all of the TCE specimens, the transmittance and reflectance are measured using a spectrum colorimeter. The electrical resistance is measured using a non-contact sheet resistance measurement equipment. The oxidation-stability test is performed by exposing the specimens to air for 12 days at 85°C-temperature and 85%-humidity. The results obtained from this study confirm that the fabricated AZO/Cu-meshes TCEs possess desirable characteristics in stability against oxidation.en_US
