Abstract
This study aims to propose the indicator to select Green Building Technologies that can be applied to office buildings considering investment cost equivalent CO2 reduction in the early design stage of building. The type of energy sources used in office buildings were classified with the gas and electricity. A quantitative indicator including equivalent investment cost and performance of the green building technologies to reduce energy resources was proposed. In addition, the performance for list of green building technologies applicable to office buildings was analyzed and through searching for practical case studies and the research literature, the initial investment cost, the obtaining of potential amount of maintenance costs and CO2 reduction DB were constructed. As a result, the indicator of investment cost equivalent CO2 reduction in the green building technologies for office buildings was proposed and quantitatively analyzed.
