This paper studies the effect of spacing between supporting columns on impact factor (dynamic amplification) of open spandrel-concrete deck arch bridges. In order to calculate the impact factor, the displacement of the Deck center is chosen where passing vehicle with different speeds (40 km/hr to 120 km/hr) is applied on the bridge. As a result, when the spacing between columns is reduced to half, the impact factor almost doubles. Meanwhile it was shown that if the spacing doubled, the impact factor increases 4 times approximately.
