Abstract
Contour irregularities are the most common complicationsafter liposuction. Moreover, according to ourexperience, superficial liposuction seems to result in amore frequent occurrence of this phenomenon. Froman aesthetic point of view, postoperative contour irregularitiescan be devastating and decrease the patient’ssatisfaction dramatically. However, many articles focuson prevention of contour irregularities rather than solvingthe problems postoperatively, because secondarycorrection using fat grafting and resuctioning is farmore difficult and complicated than primary cases, asmentioned by Castello et al.
