dc.description.abstractThe environmental issues has been forming Eco-paradigm as a big topic in our society since the late 20th century. The environmental problems has been realized that is getting threatening human survivorship, it is setting up the Ecological trend. The architecture domain also has considered these kinds of environmental issues that through architectural Eco-boom like the Green building, Sustainable Architecture and Environmental Architecture. The BIM(Building Information Modeling) is considered a new paradigm and a powerful method in building design, construction and maintenance. However, if is still hard to implement environmental performance analysis using BIM in Green-Building certification. This study, therefore, aims to reveal problems and to suggest an assessment method of Green-Building certification’s indicator that is suitable to the situation of Korea. Further study is needed to develop an variety of assessment methods to objective Green-Building certification’s indicator.en_US
