dc.description.abstractThis paper presents a new timing synchronization method using properties in partitioned chirp signal. The proposed timing synchronization method is suitable to training sequence composed up-chirp and down-chirp. Using the conjugate and symmetric properties between up-chirp and down-chirp, we applied the sub cross-correlation with the received chirp symbols. The simulation results of proposed method show a smaller RMSE than the other conventional methods.en_US
