- Abstract
- 과거 1983년에 발생한 동해 중부 지진해일과 1993년 북해도 남서외해 지진해일에 의해 삼척항 지역에 피해가 발생하였다. 1983년에 지진해일이 내습했을 당시 인명피해 및 재산피해가 발생하였다. 이에 본 연구에서는 지진해일로 인한 삼척항의 자연재해가 재발하지 않도록 범람방지시설 설치를 통한 방재 효율에 대해 알아보고자 한다. 과거에 발생한 2개의 지진해일 및 가상지진해일 2개의 경우로 범람방지시설의 설치 전과 후를 각각 수치모의 하여 범람지역의 변화를 관찰하였다.
