사용자 만족도에 따른 정보시스템 성공요인의 인식차이에 관한 연구

Abstract

본 연구에서는 동기 및 위생 요인 관점에서 정보 시스템의 성공 요인들을 규명한다. 추가적으로 만족·불만족 사용자 집단 내에서 이들 요인들 간의 상이한 영향력을 검증한다. 동일한 정보시스템에 대해 느끼는 만족도는 사용자별로 다르기 때문에 시스템의 성공적 정착을 위해서는 만족도가 다른 집단별로 차별적으로 유의한 성공요인들에 대해 규명해 보고 개선할 필요가 있기 때문이다. 기존 문헌들의 고찰을 통하여 정보 품질, 서비스 품질과 같은 동기 요인을, 시스템 품질, 인지된 희생, 데이터 보안과 같은 위생요인을 정의하고 연구모형을 설계 하였다. 분석결과 정보 품질, 서비스 품질 등의 동기 요인은 시스템에 대한 사용자의 만족·불만족 여부에 관계없이 중요한 요인으로 입증되었고, 위생요인 중에서 시스템 품질, 인지된 희생은 불만족 집단에서 유의한 영향력을 가짐을 확인 하였다. 나머지 위생요인 중 데이터 보안은 양쪽 집단 모두에서 유의하지 않았다.In this paper, we investigated the success factors of the information system and analyzed the their significances between the two different user groups: satisfied vs. unsatisfied. User's satisfaction level may be diversified according to the circumstances, it is necessary to identify which factors are important between these groups. With the review of the former literature, we identified information quality and service quality as the motivation/hygiene factors and system quality, perceived sacrifice and data security as the hygiene factor. By using these factors, we developed a research model. The results show that the information quality and service quality are significant in both user groups, and system quality and perceived sacrifice are significant in unsatisfied group. Data security is insignificant regardless of the user satisfaction.
