비판적 다문화교육을 위한 융복합교육의 방안 탐색- 미술과, 국어과, 음악과 교육과정 분석을 중심으로 -

Abstract

본 연구는 다문화교육과 융복합 교육의 접점에 주목하여 미술과, 국어과, 음악과를중심으로 융복합적 다문화교육을 위한 교육과정의 연계 방안을 마련하는 데에 목적이있다. 이는 모든 학생을 대상으로 한 다문화교육의 실천을 위한 기초 연구로서, 비판적 다문화교육의 관점에서 문화다양성 교육이 가지는 의미를 다양한 학습자의 자율성을 강조하는 측면에서 조명하고자 하였다. 다문화교육에서 핵심적으로 다루어야 할 다양성과 자기 주도 학습의 내용이 각 교과별 교육과정의 내용체계에 안에서 어떤 개념적 요소를 중심으로 다루어질 수 있는지 분석하고, 교과 간의 연계 가능성을 모색하였다. 본 연구는 다문화교육의 이슈들을 자신의 문제로 인식하고 학습자가 스스로 탐구하여 자신의 목소리로 사회문화적 가치를 이야기하고 표현할 수 있는 교수학습 방안의기초를 융복합 교육적 접근을 통하여 마련하였다는 데에 의의가 있다.The purpose of this study is to establish a cooperation plan ofcurriculum for the convergent multi-cultural education based on suchsubjects as art, Korean language and music by paying attention to theintersection between multi-cultural education and convergence education.This is a preliminary study for the implementation of multi-culturaleducation for all students. Thus, this study aimed to highlight themeaning of multi-cultural education as critical multi-cultural educationfrom the perspective of stressing the autonomy of various learners. Thisstudy analyzed which conceptual elements could be utilized to examinethe diversity and the contents of self-directed learning, which would beessentially covered in the multi-cultural education, in the contentstructure of curriculum for each subject and explored a possibility ofconnecting the subjects. This study is significant in the sense that itestablished the basis of teach method, which allowed learners torecognize and research the issues of multi-cultural education as thoughthey were their own problems and also talk and express about thesociocultural values with their own voice, through the convergenteducational approach.
