dc.description.abstractIn the construction, the claims which activities to resolve an incomplete part, the different part, added part at the time the contract are items that can not be avoided. If mediation is impossible, stakeholder claims may proceed to litigation claims, and If you lose, will lose a significant amount of money. Accordingly, arbitration system can do to minimize the loss of time and money raised in litigation has emerged in importance. In this study, through analysis of construction claims arbitration cases of The Korean Commercial Arbitration Board, is to suggest future research directions.en_US
