공동주택에서 거주자의 자연환기 특성에 관한 실험

Abstract

The object of this study was to analyze occupant behavior for natural ventilation in residential buildings. Fifteen sample apartments was selected for the field study from three sites located in metropolitan area of Seoul. From the results of the field study, it was found that occupant ventilated their apartment at 1.1 times/day and 2.3 hours/day. Daily mean outdoor temperature have a significant effect on the ventilation time, but not on the ventilation frequency. When outdoor temperature is above 9.3℃, theventilation time was significantly increased.
