dc.description.abstract | Health care workers (HCWs) are often the source of the rapid spread of influenza. The compliance of HCW with the yearly influenza vaccination campaigns is suboptimal. The reasons behind this low compliance are poorly defined. Therefore, the objectives of the present study were to estimate the 2009 H1N1 influenza, seasonal influenza, hepatitis A, and pneumococcal vaccination coverage of HCWs among 6 hospitals in South Korea and to characterize inhibiting and motivating each vaccination of HCWs. | en_US |
