Abstract
산업부산물 중 석탄회는 전체배출량의 약 30%가 재활용되지 못하고 매립되고 있으며, 매립에 따른 비용 등의 문제가 심각하다. 국내 석탄회 중에서 비회는 건설재료로서 재활용되나, 매립회는 대부분 재활용되지 못하고 매립되고 있다. 본 연구에서 석탄회를 활용하여 개발한 경량기포유동화재는 기존의 유동화재에 기포를 더하여 단위중량을 낮추었으며, 교대 및 옹벽 등의 뒷채움에 적용가능한 경량성과 유동성을 지닌 재료이다. 또한, 단위중량, 일축압축강도, 플로우 시험 등과 같은 실내시험을 통해 적용성을 검토하였다. 시험결과 매립회와 비회의 혼합비 70:30∼50:50에서, 기포량 각각 2∼3%, 함수량 26.5∼29.5% 범위에서 단위중량기준 12∼15kN/㎥, 일축압축강도기준 0.8∼1.2㎫, 플로우기준 20㎝ 이상을 만족하는 것으로 나타났다.Coal ash of industial by-products was not recycled about 30% in total emissions. Moreover, it caused environmental pollution as well as wasted unnecessary expenses and time. Currently, fly ash(FA) is recycled as construction material however ponded ash(PA) is mostly buried. Lightweight foamed Controlled Low-Strength Materials(CLSM) evaluated in this study reduces unit weight by mixing foam in the traditional Controlled Low-Strength Material and has lightweight and flowability to be available for backfill materials in construction. Flow test, unconfined compressive strength test, and foamed-slurry unit weight test were performed in this study and the applicability of lightweight foamed CLSM for construction materials was evaluated. The results indicate that the mixture ratio(PA:FA) ranging from 70:30 to 50:50, cement of 7%, foam of 2~3%, and water content of 26.5~29.5% were required to satisfy the following standards such as flow value(i.e., 20㎝), unconfined compressive strength(i.e., 0.8~1.2㎫), and foamed-slurry unit weight(i.e., 12~15kN/㎥).
