dc.description.abstractSince the global financial crisis occurred in 2008, the domestic construction market has been in the ongoing recession. However, the international construction showed continued growth and total amount of orders of it marked an all-time high of 716 billion dollars in 2010. As a result, the government has been encouraging the quantitative expansion of educated human resource. But because there are a variety of construction type in the international construction market, demand forecasting needs to divide human resource demand depending on it. Thus, in this paper, we provide new direction for improvement of the education policy of international construction human resources by forecasting the human resources demand depending on construction type.en_US
