Abstract
The purpose of this paper is to find out the impact of communication satisfaction, organizational inducement and employees’ sense of belonging on employees’ innovative behavior. Job embeddedness was taken as mediator and it was investigated for its mediation effect on these three human resource factors and employees’ innovative behavior. Data was collected through questionnaire from employees of IBM in China. Results indicates that communication satisfaction, organizational inducement, employees’ sense of belonging positively and significantly influence job embeddedness, job embeddedness positively and significantly influence employee innovative behavior and job embeddedness has full mediation role for these relationship.
