교육공학 공저 관계에 대한 네트워크 분석: 2005~2014년「교육공학연구」를 중심으로

Abstract

본 연구의 목적은 현재의 교육공학의 모습을 탐색하기 위하여,「교육공학연구」의 공동연구를 통해 공저 네트워크(coauthorship network)를 분석하는 것이다. 구체적으로 첫째, 연구자 개인을 바탕으로 ‘공저 네트워크’는 어떻게 나타나는지 분석하였다. 둘째, 추가적으로 연구자 소속기관을 바탕으로 ‘저자 소속기관 네트워크’를 분석하였다. 연구결과 저자간 공저 네트워크는 281명의 노드가 397개의 링크를 구성하였으며, 최종적으로 총 44개의 컴포넌트를 구성하였다. 노드가 10개 이상인 7개의 주요 컴포넌트만 추출한 결과 각 컴포넌트는 주로 대학교 중심의 컴포넌트를 구성하였다. 공저 회수가 2회 이상인 저자의 링크는 총 17개, 공저 회수가 3회 이상인 저자의 링크는 총 10개였으며, 공저회수가 6회인 링크는 1개였다. 저자 소속기관 네트워크에서는 2개의 대학교를 중심으로 몇몇 대학교와 연구기관들이 네트워크의 중심에 위치하였다. 본 연구의 결과를 통해 교육공학 내에서 연구자들 간의 협력관계를 구조적인 특징을 확인할 수 있었다. 또한 교육공학 내에서 많은 지식과 경험이 공유되고 각 연구자들의 전문성이 융합되기 위해서는 대학 및 기관 간의 더 많은 공동연구나 교류가 필요할 것을 제안하였다. The purpose of this study is to analyze coauthorship network of「Journal of Educational Technology」in order to explore the current state of educational technology. First, this study analyzed ‘coauthorship network’ on the basis of individual researchers. Second, this study analyzed ‘author affiliation network’ on the basis of researchers’ affiliations. In the coauthorship network, 281 nodes constructed 397 links, and the nodes and links constructed 44 components. The number of major components which have over 10 nodes was 7, and these components were structured based on some universities. The number of links which has over 2 coauthorship-degree was 17, over 3 coauthorship-degree was 10, and over 6 coauthorship-degree was only 1. In the author affiliation network, some universities and institutes located at the center of the network centering around 2 universities. Through the results of this study, we described the structural characteristics of relationship between researchers in educational technology. Also, we suggested more collaboration between universities and institutes in order to share more knowledge, experiences and expertises.
