dc.description.abstractMicro hybrid vehicles which adapted 12V to 48V low voltage ISG system are developed to improve fuel efficiency with minimum increasing price has been developed. This system needs to verify in unit level before apply to vehicle and system’s behavior effect to vehicle system. However it is hard to test in ISG system by costs of testing and control variables. In this study, we designed loading device based on induction motor for load simulation and performance test and construct control circuit. 12V ISG system selected for test target and designed control circuit to control from outside. To minimize malfunction by electrical noises in high voltage induction motor control process in inverter, designed ground plain. In finally we controlled load induction motor and 12V ISG system through test environment controller based on Micro Autobox. This environment will be used as base for vehicle load HIL Simulation in further study.en_US
